Is this a group program or 1:1?

This is a fully personalized 1:1 coaching program. Your nutrition, training, and accountability structure are built around you, not a group template. That's why we're selective about who we work with.

I've never worked with a coach before. Is that okay?

Plenty of our clients come in without a coaching background. What matters is that you're ready to commit, follow the structure, and do the work. If you're looking for someone to hold your hand through the basics for free, this isn't the right fit. If you're ready to invest and go all in, it is.

How much does it cost?

Investment is discussed on the strategy call once we've confirmed it's a mutual fit. If price is your primary concern at this stage, this program is likely not the right fit right now.

What kind of results can I expect?

Clients who follow the system see visible physical changes, improved energy, and more importantly a consistency they haven't had before. Results require commitment. If you show up, the system works.

What happens after I apply?

We review your application. If it looks like a fit, our team will reach out to arrange a strategy call with Snez or her team. Not everyone who applies will be accepted, we only take on clients we're confident we can get results with.
